This year, Northern Grade is teaming up with chef Erick Harcey of Upton 43 for a Marknaden Middag (Market Dinner in Swedish). Chef Harcey will be preparing 5 courses inspired by the great Minnesota outdoors. Dinner will be set right in The Machine Shop where we're holding the Northern Grade. Tickets are $75 and only 15 seats are available.
About Chef Harcey:
Chef Harcey grew up and still lives in Cambridge, MN and is an avid fisherman, bowhunter and overall outdoorsman. His food is inspired by his Swedish upbringing, elevated through modern and french cooking techniques. He is the chef/owner of the Upton 43 located in Linden Hills which was recently named one of the 21 best new restaurants in the country by Eater.
