Chef Erick Harcey will be cooking a 10 course meal with Chef Jorge Guzman of Surly Brewing and their Brewer's Table. Chef Jorge Guzman cooks with flavors inspired by his roots in Mérida Yucutan and barbecue of St. Louis where he grew up. In addition, Chef Guzman and his team won Couchon this past year and will be competing on the national stage this summer.
