For this edition of the Chef's Table, Chef Erick Harcey will be cooking with Chef Erik Sather of Lowry Hill Meats. They will be cooking 10 courses (or more if they feel like it). This experience is meant to be a place where they can collaborate and be completely creative and provide a fun, delicious and engaging experience for our guests.

Chef Erik Sather, once the chef de cuisine at Bar La Grassa and butcher at Clancey's, is the man behind Lowlry Hill Meats. Lowry Hill Meats is focused on local meats of the highest quality.
